Welcome to the Law Office of David B. Sacks. Our primary areas of
practice involve working on behalf of employees. We assist employees who
have experienced: Discrimination; Retaliation; On the Job Injuries;
Termination; Disability Benefit Denials; Overtime/Wage Issues; and
Sexual Harassment. Additionally, we work on behalf of individuals who were injured as a result of car accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice or dog bites, among others. We also handle matters related to family law litigation, including dissolutions of marriage, child custody, visitation, child support, alimony, and paternity matters. Mr. Sacks was born in New York City, New York. He
obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 1988 from North Texas State
University. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from University of
the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with Honors and Order of the Coif.

Mrs. Compton was born in Detroit, Michigan. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2004 from University of Phoenix (Jacksonville Campus). She received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Florida Coastal School of Law. Ms. Compton was one of five students selected from the school as a Student Member of the Chester Bedell Inn of Courts.
She was admitted to the Florida Bar on September 2007. She was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2007.
Legal Memberships: The Florida Bar and Florida National Employment Lawyers Association.
